Hello All!

If you are in the Merriam 6:30PM Thursday WeightWatcher Meeting… Stay home! There’s too much snow and ice out there, and I don’t want to risk anyone’s health!!! I have missed you all SOOOO much and I’m really sad to have to cancel!

We’re going to have a great 10 week challenge, so everybody make sure to be there next week to get started! We’ve also got some past due awards, and some exciting things happening!!!

This week we were talking about tracking, so my challenge to you is… track every bite for at least 5 days this week, and let us know one thing you learned from tracking when you come next week!!! Take a look at People magazine this week if you get a chance. There are some amazing weight loss stories, some with WeightWatchers some with other programs, but all made small healthy lifestyle changes. It’s very inspiring!

Hey everybody, I got a link to a great interview about a new book from Peter!  The book is called “The End of Overeating: Taking Control of the Insatiable American Appetite” and the interview from Salon is here.  The interview is great, and I haven’t read the book yet, but it certainly looks intruiguing. It does really make you think that Weight Watchers is taking a good sustainable approach!
